8 point comprehensive cleaning program
We use good quality equipment and cleaning solutions to give the best possible cleaning results. We use the 8 step cleaning program to ensure the best cleaning possible. We offer a professional carpet cleaning service in your home by fully trained professional carpet cleaners.
1. Inspection & Testing
We test for colour fastness and colour bleed on patterned carpets We test to ascertain what fibres are used to make the carpet. This enables us to use the correct cleaning solutions.
2.Vacuum
We thoroughly vacuum the carpet to remove dry soilage and separate the carpet pile. Vacuuming extracts dust and grit to prevent turning dust into a muddy residue when we begin cleaning with our machines. We either vacuum with a separate commercial vacuum cleaner or use our state of the art van mounted carpet cleaning machine to vacuum.
3. Treat Stains
Prior to main hot water extraction cleaning we treat stains with specialised professional stain removers.
4 Spray
pre-treatment
We use a specially formulated cleaning solution to dissolve greasy soils on well used areas and highly soilage areas. The pre-spray is left to dwell on the carpet fibres to break down soilage and dirt.
5 Machine
Agitation
If the carpet is badly soiled we use a machine with a brush to work the pre-spray into carpet fibres and to aid break down of soilage.
6 Hot water
Extraction Cleaning
Only now do we use our powerful machine to remove the soilage we have broken down in the above steps and to remove the cleaning solutions we have used. We add a fresh smelling odoriser to our cleaning machine to leave your carpet smelling as fresh as it is clean!
7 Aiding Drying
If needed we have a powerful air dryer that aids the drying of the carpet.
8 Realign pile
We use a brush to fluff up the pile a little and leave the pile aligned. Overall we leave your carpet looking great!
Our powerful van mounted carpet cleaning machine, which we imported from the U.S.A, gives a superior clean than the plug in portable type of machine that many carpet cleaners use. Our machine leaves your carpet dryer as the vacuum on our machine is much more powerful at removing the water than portable machines.Our machine cleans carpets better as it can clean at higher pressure and at a higher temperature than a portable machine. Our machine and the cleaning solutions we use are far superior to any machine you can hire or the chemicals supplied with it. Carpet cleaning is hard work, let us do the hard work!
The downside for us is that our machine costs an awful lot of money! The van and set up we use costs in excess of £25,00.
